There are 3 ways to order:

1. ONLINE - Extended Training, or Summer Intensive

2. ORDER BY PHONE: If you wish to enroll by phone, you can call our office at: (800) 767-6756. All we will need from you is your contact information, along with a credit card number for a $1050. tuition deposit, to insure your place in the program. We will then send you a confirmation package in the mail to verify that we have reserved your place in the training. The Institute does accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover, as well as checks and money orders.

3. YOU MAY FAX US AT (801) 277-6209 If you wish to enroll. All we will need from you is your contact information, along with a credit card number for a $1050. tuition deposit, to insure your guaranteed place in the program. We will then contact you to set up an interest free tuition payment plan for the rest of your owed tuition. We will also send you a confirmation package in the mail to verify that we have reserved your place in the training. The Institute does accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover, as well as checks and money orders.
