Dear Tim,

I just wanted to tell you what an incredible experience we had yesterday in class with Christiane. She was fantastic! Her personality was energizing, enthusiastic, and warm. Her teaching style was excellent. She had 3 concrete processes to teach and she managed to not only do those but also included a lot of review and tied so many things together. I really felt some pieces fall into place that hadn't before yesterday based on the way she explained things.

I understand that she is new to your teaching community. I wholeheartedly recommend her. As a trainer myself, I appreciate a variety of teaching styles. However, I often find myself being a little critical and spending time thinking about how the instructor "should" be teaching rather than listening. Not only did that never happen, I was actually taking notes on what she was doing. She's an excellent role model and I hope I see her in future classes. In fact, I would be prone to take a class just because she was teaching.

I hope you and Kris are doing well and I look forward to seeing you in February.

All the best,
Nancy
